Payment Terms:

• Consultation fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal (as communicated)
• All fees are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (₪) unless otherwise specified
• Fees do not include VAT (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit 50% of the consultation fee
• No-shows forfeit 100% of the consultation fee
• Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice

Refund Policy:

• Free initial consultations (30 minutes) are non-refundable as no payment is collected
• Paid consultations may be refunded at the sole discretion of Yuri Zuev if the session cannot be completed due to technical issues or advisor unavailability
• No refunds for dissatisfaction with advice or recommendations provided in good faith
• Comprehensive planning engagements have specific refund terms outlined in the service agreement
